Poland Assigns a New Military Attaché to Republic of Moldova



CHISINAU, May 31, 2017 — Deputy Defense Minister Gheorghe Galbura met with Ambassador of Poland in the Republic of Moldova, Artur Michalski, who presented the new military attaché of Poland to our country, Commander Radoslaw Malicki.

The officials discussed the current stage of the bilateral military relations between the Republic of Moldova and Poland, as well as the perspectives of cooperation between the armies of the two countries.

Gheorghe Galbura congratulated Commander Radoslaw Malicki on his appointment as military attaché in the Republic of Moldova and expressed the conviction that his appointment will dynamize the bilateral military relations.

Commander Radoslaw Malicki stated that is a privilege to be appointed military attaché in the Republic of Moldova and assured that he will contribute to the activities that would enhance the bilateral cooperation.

The agreement on the Moldovan-Polish cooperation was signed in Warsaw, on October 27, 1998.
