The General State Secretary appreciated the assistance of the NATO member and partner states in implementing the Defense Capacity Building Initiative (DCBI) by approving the strategic documents — National Defense Strategy and Military Strategy, the Partnership for Peace Planning and Review Process (PARP), the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 “Women, Peace and Security”, the Building Integrity Initiative (BII), and the projects of the NATO PfP Fund on the disposal of dangerous pesticides and chemicals in the Republic of Moldova.
