National Army Service Members from KFOR Participate in an Exercise of Evaluation

CHISINAU, February 27, 2019 — National Army service members from KFOR-10 contingent participated in an exercise organized by Multinational Battle Group — West, in cooperation with Multinational Battle Group — East, in Kosovo, on February 26.

The training had the objective to evaluate the skills of contingents within operations of integration in a multinational structure at company level, especially capabilities involving request of air support while conducting field actions.

According to the scenario, the soldiers tested procedures aimed to counter any threat that can affect the Safe and Secure Environment and Freedom of Movement throughout Kosovo.

KFOR troops continually develop their skills in working with aviation assets and their readiness to intervene. This type of trainings improves the skills of the soldiers who ensure support of air operations.
