Ministry of Defense Trains Human Resources Specialists

Chisinau, October 20, 2014 — The Ministry of Defense conducts, within October 20-24, a human resources (HR) training course.

The Head of Human Resources Management Directorate, retired Col. Vitalie Butnaru, stated that the course, carried out in common with the Military Academy of the Armed Forces “Alexandru cel Bun”, aims at developing, updating and improving human resources experts’ knowledge, skills and competencies, required in their daily service.

Col. Butnaru specified that the training course is attended by 29 National Army employees, including 23 servicemembers and six public servants from military units and institutions, as well as from military recruitment agencies of the country.

The HR training course is held in compliance with the National Army Servicemembers’ and Civil Servants’ Specialized Training Concept.
