Minister of Defense, Anatol Salaru, expressed his gratitude for the support offered by the Romanian Ministry of National Defense in the reformation process of the National Army and its adjustment to Euro-Atlantic standards. Also, Minister Salaru reiterated how important it was for servicemembers to gain experience by studying in Romania and other European countries, mentioning that they are a fundamental resource for the army. Brigadier Gen. Cristian Alexandru Eremia stated that the number of National Army activities increased, a fact acknowledged by the Romanian delegation. The Deputy Head of DDPP listed the concrete steps that are to be taken for the National Army reformation. The Mixed Committee, consisting of both, Romanian and Moldovan experts, will analyze and intervene on the legal framework regarding the defense policy of the Ministry.
