Military Discipline Discussed at Ministry of DefenseCHISINAU, March 31, 2016 — The military discipline, educational activity, psychological and legal assistance in the National Army and Carabineer Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were the subjects discussed at the round table “Discipline in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova and strengthening the implementation of advanced methods for its consolidation”. The event was held at the Ministry of Defense and was attended by the General Staff and National Army leadership, representatives of the Ministry of Defense, Carabineer Troops Department, Military Prosecutor’s Office, commanders of military units and institutions, deputies for educational activity, psychologists, jurists, and military priests. According to head of Personnel Directorate of the National Army General Staff, LTC Veaceslav Donica, the activity’s goal was to exchange experience in the promotion of military discipline consolidation methods and of rule of law in the Armed Forces. The source mentioned that this type of meetings are useful for force structures specialists and aim to consolidate the military discipline and improve the moral-psychological environment of these structures. LTC Donica added that round tables of this kind will be conducted in all National Army units and institutions, starting April, 2016. |
