Brigadier General Igor Cutie Attends NATO Military Committee in Chiefs of Defense Session in BrusselsCHISINAU, January 17, 2017 — Chief of General Staff, National Army Commander, Brigadier Gen. Igor Cutie, is attending the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Military Committee in Chiefs of Defense Session (EAPMC/CS) within January The meeting’s agenda includes current military issues, as well as topics concerning the current challenges and threats faced by the Alliance. There will also be sessions dedicated to the NATO partnership with Ukraine, Georgia, and the countries participating in the Mediterranean Dialogue and Interoperability Platform. While in Brussels, Gen. Igor Cutie will meet with Chairman of NATO Military Committee, General Petr Pavel, as well as with his counterparts from Germany, Ukraine, Romania, Latvia, and Italy. The talks will be focused on military cooperation and the opportunities for its development.
