Inspection in a Military Unit from Causeni
CHISINAU, March 3, 2018 — The 4th Battalion of the Anti-air Missile Regiment was inspected today by Minister of Defense Eugen Sturza. The action’s goal was to assess the staff’s level of training and combat readiness in the unit stationed in Causeni.
Eugen Sturza checked the Battalion’s military vehicles, food and equipment depots, training classes and the unit’s barracks.
Miniter Sturza also discussed with the unit’s staff about the problems they are facing while fulfilling their service and missions.
At the end of the inspection, the Minister of Defense gave instructions to the Anti-Air Missile Regiment’s Commander and other responsible departments to undertake measures necessary to solve these problems.
This year, unannounced visits were paid to the National Army’s Maintenance Base and 1st Battalion of the Anti-air Missile Regiment which are stationed in Bacioi, as well as to the 6th Anti-air Battalion from Danceni.
