Human Resources Management to the Attention of Experts from Moldova and Romania
CHISINAU, May 22, 2018 — Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova and of the Ministry of National Defense of Romania are assessing the human resources management and military education policies. Alexandru Roman, the activity is conducted in Chisinau, within May The source specified that the experts are also analyzing the problems and ways of developing and implementing the Military career guidelines, the process of selecting service members for participation in studies/courses and international missions, and the methods for evaluating the military. At the beginning of the official talks, State Secretary for development of human resources policies, military education and planning of resources, Vladimir Iliev, mentioned the Ministry of Defense’s interest in acquiring the good practices and vast experience of EU and NATO countries in the sector of human resources management and military education policies and thanked Romania for continuously offering us support in this sector. State Secretary Iliev added that this event will contribute to the implementation of the professionalization reform that has been started by the Moldovan defense institutions, thus leading to a better-trained army, with professional military, and modern equipment. While in Chisinau, the Romanian delegation visited the Military Academy of Armed Forces “Alexandru cel Bun” and donated a series of textbooks and educational materials for the institution’s MA and PhD candidates. This activity is part of the Bilateral cooperation plan between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of National Defense of Romania for 2018. |
