Soldiers from Anti-air Missile Regiment Take Military Oath

CHISINAU, August 3, 2018 — The soldiers enlisted in the Anti-air Missile Regiment took today the military oath during a ceremony held at the military compound Danceni.

At the ceremony, Deputy Chief of General Staff for defense resources, Col. Mihail Buclis, congratulated the 81 soldiers and encouraged them to study the military discipline during their mandatory military service.

“You are entering a period of your life that is full of challenges, but also very interesting. You will study subjects that are necessary not only in the army, but in the civilian environment as well. I encourage you to be open to new experiences and to learn the military discipline”, said Col. Buclis.

After taking the military oath, the soldiers get a five-day leave. The mandatory military service lasts 12 months.
