Practical Training for Special Forces in Bulboaca
CHISINAU, October 23, 2018 — The service members from the Special Forces of the National Army and Romanian Army who are participating in the exercise “Joint Combined Exchange Training-2018” (JCET-2018) conducted today practical training at the National Army Military Training Base, in the presence of Minister of Defense Eugen Sturza and National Army Commander, Brig. Gen. Igor Cutie.
According to Commander of Special Forces Battalion “Fulger”, LTC Ion Ojog, the over 80 soldiers from the National Army Special Forces and Special Operations Battalion “Baneasa-Otopeni” of the Romanian Army carried out shooting drills and field training exercises.
The Moldovan and Romanian service members have also presented their vehicles and weapons.
During the event, the soldiers have used for the first time the weapons that have been recently purchased in the framework of the Program “Professional Army”.

The National Army service members have been participating in JCET since 2009.
