Minister of Defense Attends Halifax International Security ForumCHISINAU, November 15, 2018 — Minister of Defense Eugen Sturza is attending the 10th Halifax International Security Forum organized in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, within November According to chief of International Cooperation Directorate, Col. Mariana Grama, the Forum brings together Defense ministers and dignitaries from over 70 countries and its agenda includes topics related to the world’s current security issues, as well as the contribution of the participant states, including the Republic of Moldova, to international efforts of building global security, peace, and stability. While in Halifax, Eugen Sturza will meet with a series of officials, among whom Minister of National Defense of Canda, Harjit Singh Sajjan, and Vice-Chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on National Defence, James Bezan.
