God rest Carolin Crestin’s soul

CHISINAU, May 4, 2011 — The Ministry of Defense expresses its deepest sympathy to the family of Capt. Carolin Crestin, dead Sunday, May 1, in a tragic car accident on Stefan-Voda — Causeni road.

Carolin Crestin’s military career started as a soldier within Fulger Special Forces Battalion. He graduated Alexandru cel Bun Military College and was a company commander within Fulger Battalion. In 2010, he was assigned head of administrative-military department of Stefan-Voda district. Carolin Crestin was a responsible, exemplary and affable officer. Moreover, he was an energetic, good-hearted man.

Capt. Carolin Crestin was 32. He was married and had a daughter. Carolin was buried with military honors in Olanesti village, Stefan-Voda.
