The ICRC official told the Minister of Defense about one more scholarship at the Expert Training Center from Italy to be awarded for the second year to the National Army on behalf of the institution he represents. Minister of Defense, Vitalie Marinuta, encouraged ICRC’s idea to organize an international conference in the Republic of Moldova.
