“Stefan cel Mare” Brigade from Chisinau was Inspected by the Leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the National Army

CHISINAU, September 29, 2020 - The Minister of Defense Alexandru Pinzari and the commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Igor Gorgan inspected yesterday, during a working visit, the reconditioned military equipment from the “Ștefan cel Mare” Brigade in the capital.

Thus, the officials became acquainted with the 18 repaired technical units of the Artillery Battalion and the Company genius of the brigade.

At the same time, in the front magazine, Minister Alexandru Pinzari and Brigadier General Igor Gorgan checked the technical condition of two vehicles from the National Army Training Center.

In the car park of the unit, the officials met with the soldiers involved in the renovation of the military equipment to discuss the process of reconditioning the equipment and the difficulties encountered during it.

"I followed the march of the repaired military vehicles and I declare that I am satisfied with the quality of the works performed. I appreciate the effort made by the technical staff. I understand that it was not an easy process, especially considering the austere budget of the National Army, but I am glad that in the end, the specialists managed to successfully complete the mission, so that the military equipment of the Brigade is functional", declared Minister of Defense.

The inspection and reconditioning of military equipment is part of the activity plan of the National Army for 2020.
