The National Army says NO to corruption! (video)

 CHISINAU, December 9, 2020 - The military and civilian employees from all units of the National Army marked today the International Anticorruption Day.

The activity aimed to promote integrity, ethics and transparency, as well as intolerance of acts of corruption.

Thus, at the Ministry of Defense, the representatives of the Military Inspectorate effectively distributed promotional materials with messages of awareness of the phenomenon of corruption, including "An honest defender - a strong army", "Say NO to corruption!", "Be honest!".

At the same time, the institution, in collaboration with the Military Mass-Media Center developed a thematic video spot.

At the same time, informative sessions were held in military units with the theme "The National Army does not tolerate corruption" for the term and contract.

International Anti-Corruption Day is marked on December 9, 2006. It was established by UN General Assembly resolution 58/4, by the adoption of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

The Republic of Moldova signed the respective convention on September 28, 2004 and ratified it by Law no. 158/2007.
