National Army Servicemembers participated in the exercise JCET-2021CHISINAU, March 10, 2021 - The service members from the Special Forces from the Republic of Moldova and Romania participated, between February 15 and March 5, in the bilateral exercise "JCET-2021" (Joint Combined Exchange Training), which took place in Predeal, Romania. According to sources from the "Fulger" Special Purpose Battalion (BDS), at JCET, the soldiers from the 52nd Special Operations Battalion "Baneasa - Otopeni" and BDS trained to perform missions in the theaters of operations, and carried out an exchange experience between the contingents of the two armies. Within the applications, the military were trained in winter conditions, performing advanced combat shootings in urban areas and missions specific to the field of activity. At the same time, during the exercise, the measures to prevent infection with the new type of SARS Cov-2 virus were observed. The "Joint Combined Exchange Training" exercise was conducted in accordance with the National Army's training plan for 2021.
