The Commemorative Medal "30 years since the actions for the defense of the integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova (1991-1992)" was established.

Today, President Maia Sandu signed the decree on the establishment of the Commemorative Medal "30 years since the actions for the defense of the integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova (1991-1992)" of the National Army.

The distinction will be awarded on the occasion of declaring 2022 as the Year of Gratitude to War Veterans, participants in the actions to fight for the defense of the integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova. The commemorative medal will be awarded to the citizens of our country who participated in the armed conflict of 1991-1992 for the defense of the integrity and independence of the state.
