Chief of the Romanian General Staff Pays Official Visit to Chisinau

CHISINAU, September 20, 2022 —  Chief of the Romanian General Staff, General Daniel Petrescu, pays an official visit to the Republic of Moldova at the invitation of the National Army Commander, Brigadier General Eduard Ohladciuc.

In Chisinau, the delegation, led by the Romanian military official, has planned a series of meetings with the Minister of Defense Anatolie Nosatii, but also with representatives of the subdivisions of the defense institution.

At the same time, General Petrescu will participate, together with the commander of the National Guard of North Carolina, United States of America, Major General Marvin T.Hunt, ambassadors, and military attachés, at the distinguished visitors` day of the multinational exercise "Fire Shield-2022".

The visit of the Romanian Official Delegation to Chisinau takes place within 21-22 September 2022, in accordance with the Foreign Activity Plan of the Ministry of Defense and the National Army for 2022.
