The Minister of Defense, visiting Bucharest

CHISINAU March 1, 2023 — Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatîi is part of the delegation of Prime Minister Dorin Recean, who is making his first official visit to Romania.

The discussion agenda includes topics related to the deepening of the Moldovan-Romanian relationship, the development of cooperation in the energy field, but also the discussion of important infrastructure projects.

In Bucharest, Prime Minister Recean is planning meetings with Romanian Prime Minister Nicolae Ciucă, at the Cotroceni Palace with the President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, and at the Parliament Palace, bilateral meetings will be organized with Alina Gorghiu, the interim president of the Senate and Marcel Ciolacu, the president of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania.

At the same time, the visit program includes a meeting with Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown and His Royal Highness, Prince Radu, as well as discussions with members of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Also, the delegation of the Republic of Moldova will participate in the festive event of the embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Bucharest, organized on the occasion of March Day.
