Mission

The Agency for Ensuring Resources and Administration of Patrimony of the Ministry of Defense, as an independent institution of the Ministry of Defense, has specific competencies in the area of ensuring resources and administration of National Army patrimony.

Duties

The Agency for Ensuring Resources and Administration of Patrimony of the Ministry of Defense cooperates, in compliance with its competence, with the departments of the Ministry of Defense, National Army General Staff and independent institutions of the Ministry of Defense, with institutions and authorities of the central and local public administration that have responsibilities in this sector.

Agency for Ensuring Resources and Administration of Patrimony’s basic activity objectives:

- implementation of policies aimed to ensure the National Army’s necessities;

- management of public procurement and procurement in the military area, achievement of the objectives related to this field that are included in foreign assistance programs;
- planning, organization, and monitoring of repair and renovation works of military constructions and buildings;
- management of the military real estate register and administration of real estate;
- planning and conducting the public-private projects for construction of military and social facilities;
- development and management of the military housing fund, planning and organization in order to ensure the National Army staff with military housing;
- organizing and conducting military ceremonies of the State leadership and within State celebrations;
- organizing and conducting military ceremonies within the Ministry of Defense, General Staff, and military units/institutions of the National Army;
- ensuring the military ceremonies of the President of the Republic of Moldova, President of the Parliament, Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, and of the Ministry of Defense.
