Document management service

Mission

The document management service has the mission of ensuring an efficient management of documents, the correspondence circuit and archival works.

Areas of activity of the subdivision:

The service performs the functions in the following areas:

1) holding secretarial work regarding the record and examination of official correspondence, as well as applications submitted by individual;

2) management of the electronic record system of registered documents and requests;

3) ensuring the scheduling and organization of audiences.
