Tactical Exercise in Negresti

Chisinau, June 3, 2014 — The EOD engineers of the National Army participated in a water course crossing exercise, held at the Training Centre of Engineer Battalion “Codru”, Negresti.

According to Commander of Engineer Battalion “Codru”, Maj. Andrian Efros, the soldiers forced the water course with the help of the medium amphibious tank carrier. The EOD engineers established a way to cross the water on the boat bridge and made a tactical road with the help of special barrier removal vehicles.

The goal of the tactical exercise, conducted according to the combat readiness plan of the National Army, was the evaluation of knowledge and practical skills of servicemembers and conscripts.
